Salary Range: 136,000–202,000 PLN gross per year. The position is eligible for a bonus of up to 25% of annual salary, including: 7.5% dependent on company performance, 10% dependent on local/regional targets, and 7.5% dependent on individual performance.
AB Neo, a specialist division of AB Agri, is seeking a Sales Manager to support the further development of the pig nutrition business in Poland. This is a field-based role with direct contact with clients, involving collaboration with farmers, veterinarians, and nutritionists to deliver technical and nutritional solutions that improve production outcomes and strengthen long-term business relationships. This role plays a key function in strengthening market position, increasing sales, and building customer loyalty in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales and increase volumes and profitability in the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- Provide nutritional and zootechnical advice to support client outcomes and implement products.
- Monitor production results and product effectiveness through field and validation studies.
- Work closely with marketing, technical, customer service, supply chain, and quality departments.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Higher education, preferably in animal sciences, animal nutrition, veterinary medicine, or related fields.
- Practical experience working with pig production or pig farming, preferably in an advisory or commercial role.
- Strong technical knowledge in piglet nutrition, feed solutions, and production outcomes.
- Customer-oriented with the ability to build lasting relationships in the field.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical value into sales results.
