Overview
As a Multi-Disciplined Maintenance Engineer you will support the Operations team by delivering preventive and reactive maintenance to maximise plant availability. You will work within a safety- and quality-focused environment, contributing to continuous improvement and cost-saving opportunities. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Maintenance to uphold feed safety and compliance while coordinating with contractors and operators. This role is pivotal to reducing downtime and sustaining process efficiency across the site. You will work in a collaborative, purpose-driven culture that values inclusion and practical problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime
- Respond to breakdowns and monitor equipment performance
- Support head of maintenance to ensure health & safety, feed safety and quality standards
- Manage contractors and permits to work; ensure risk assessments and safe isolation of equipment
- Promote safety learning and Target Zero initiatives
- Maintain CMMS records (Agility) and plan downtime in cooperation with operators
- Assist with spare parts stock management and supplier orders
- Identify and propose cost-saving or process-improvement opportunities
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects
- Support safety and quality by ensuring compliance across repairs and tasks
