Location: Peterborough, Hybrid

Package Includes: Salary from 50,000 plus a benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact which includes a car allowance, annual bonus scheme, private healthcare and pension plan.

Working Pattern: Full-time, with at least one to two days per week in our Peterborough office.

This is a unique opportunity to combine executive hiring with employee experience in a role that directly influences both who joins AB Agri and how our colleagues experience working here.

You'll lead executive and senior leadership (CEO-1 and CEO-2) recruitment across the business, from developing search strategies and directly sourcing talent through to designing robust assessment processes and supporting successful onboarding. Alongside this, you'll lead and coordinate AB Agri wide initiatives across wellbeing, inclusion, employee networks, engagement and employer brand - helping colleagues feel connected, valued and able to perform at their best.

It's a varied and highly visible role for an experienced recruiter who enjoys building trusted relationships, influencing senior stakeholders and delivering initiatives that make a meaningful difference to the business and its people.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for executive, senior leadership and strategically important roles across AB Agri.
  • Develop search strategies, conduct market mapping and directly source leadership talent across a range of sectors and international markets.
  • Design inclusive and robust interview processes, assessment frameworks and scoring rubrics that support evidence-based hiring decisions.
  • Coordinate tailored onboarding for leadership hires, including stakeholder introductions, learning activities and clear 90-day success plans.
  • Lead and support AB Agri-wide initiatives across inclusion, wellbeing, employee networks, colleague engagement and employer brand.
  • Use recruitment, engagement and participation data to identify opportunities and improve leadership hiring and employee experience.

What you'll bring:

  • Significant experience delivering senior leadership or executive recruitment, either in-house or within executive search.
  • Strong direct sourcing, market mapping and candidate assessment experience.
  • Experience creating interview assessments, frameworks and scoring rubrics for senior roles.
  • The confidence to build trusted relationships and influence senior leaders across different businesses.
  • A genuine interest in inclusion, wellbeing, engagement and creating a positive employee experience.
