We’re seeking a Sales Technical Manager – Monogastric (China) to join AB Agri China during a key growth phase, supporting our ambition to become a leading monogastric additives player through innovation and a strong product portfolio. This is a home-based role with flexibility to travel across China and North Asia, offering the opportunity to work within an international company in a growing market, while combining sales and technical responsibilities to keep your day-to-day work diverse and engaging.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Take ownership of sales targets by managing key accounts and distributors in China’s monogastric market
  • Execute technical and marketing initiatives tailored to customers and distribution partners
  • Grow the existing customer base and support successful new product launches
  • Build, manage, and support distributor and dealer relationships to drive consistent sales performance
  • Provide nutritional expertise, technical solutions, and feed formulation support to customers
  • Monitor market trends and act as a technical ambassador to strengthen the company’s reputation

What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree (or above) in animal nutrition, feed industry, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in feed additives and/or biologics in technical and/or sales roles
  • Commercial and technical experience with products such as yeast, gut health solutions, and preferably enzymes
  • Strong knowledge of feed formulation and application optimization
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence decisions
  • Established relationships with key feed customers and pig/poultry producers in China, with ability to work cross-functionally
