Apprenticeship: Business Analyst, working towards a BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT for Register of IT Technicians (RITTech) level 4.

We are thrilled to be recruiting Apprentice Business Analysts to join our Enterprise Project Team. The key purpose of the role(s) will be to support the Senior Business Analyst and the Global Process Owners to develop and implement the new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution utilising the skills developed through the apprenticeship. This is a great time to join us as we embark on an exciting period of growth, as an Apprentice you will be able to grow with us as you work towards a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assist in the system specification process for major projects including multi-system / multi-site deployments.
- Act as part of a team to become the interface between the business, Project team and IT teams to define and document the requirements necessary for supporting the Operating Model.
- Using existing business processes create process models, specifications, diagrams, charts, and other artifacts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Advise on appropriate deployment of existing solutions or, where not effective, assist in the design and selection of new solutions, configurations and processes.
- Participate in the development of the technical design, test plans and user documentation to support the business with deployments.
- Assist in the development of test scripts and training documentation where required.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with the project model company, IT strategy and consistent in their application.
- Assist with the management of requests raised from within the business to identify and prioritise required developments or business process changes.
What You'll Bring

- 5 GCSEs (4-9 A*-C) including English and maths.
- BTEC or a Level 3 IT desirable.
