Overview Job Title: Engineering Manager Location: Walsingham, Norfolk, UK Contract & Hours: Permanent, Full Time, 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Package: Starting salary from £60,000, a performance-related bonus scheme, a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your wellbeing and reward your impact, and a matched pension contribution of up to 10%. Responsibilities * Lead and develop the site engineering team, staying visible and hands-on * Drive a shift to preventative maintenance and improve equipment reliability * Ensure compliance with engineering standards and statutory requirements * Build maintenance plans and support capital investment priorities * Work closely with operations to improve overall site performance What We’re Looking For * Engineering leadership experience in manufacturing or a similar site environment * A hands-on, practical leadership style with strong team engagement * Experience improving maintenance and moving from reactive to planned approaches * Good understanding of compliance, safety, and engineering standards * Strong problem-solving and the ability to prioritise effectively Nice to have * Experience in feed, food, agriculture, or process industries * BOAS or BOAS-M (desirable, not essential) #J-18808-Ljbffr
