This role offers the freedom to work across the beautiful countryside, visiting farms and collecting individual cow milk samples throughout the year. NMR (National Milk Records) supports the UK dairy industry by providing essential services like milk testing, recording, and data insights. As a Self‑Employed Milk Sampler, you’ll be at the heart of this process, visiting farms to collect milk samples from individual cows over the whole milking.
