Job Title: Mill Operator – Bury St Edmonds
Location: Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Shift pattern: Days 6:00 to 18:00; Nights 18:00 to 6:00 on a 5-5-4 Pattern

Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team performing tasks that support the efficient and safe production of high-quality animal feed supplied to Farmers throughout Great Britain.
- Follow standard processes to maximise production volumes and adhere to feed safety legislation.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Support the wider Mill operation by assisting with stock checks and consulting with the site maintenance team to ensure the Mill and equipment are effectively maintained.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in a Production environment operating automated plant machinery (preferred).
- Familiar with following standard ways of working and operating automated plant machinery.
- Self-motivated, a team player, good customer service skills, and strong communication.
- Willingness to learn; training can be provided for the required skills.
