The Role & Key Responsibilities

Reporting to our experienced product blends lead, this developmental role supports the administration, efficiency, and profitability of the blends team within the KW blends business. You will work within the KW Retail team to support the blends product area to achieve and exceed budget by building positive relationships with farm customers, production sites across the UK, hauliers, and internal stakeholders. You will also handle administration responsibilities related to product pricing, contract balances, and data collation for sales and commercial opportunities in the raw materials industry.
This role offers the exciting opportunity to support streamlining and implementing new processes and procedures, utilizing skills such as continuous improvement and a commercial mindset. You will look for ways to leverage cross-sell opportunities across all product channels, focusing on supporting customer transition into the rationing team through referrals.
