What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing expert consultancy advice across nutritional, technical, and business performance areas, enhancing the value and impact of our service.
- Working closely with farmers to maximise the potential of their businesses, with a clear focus on profit per cow, return on investment, and sustainable growth.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing a high-quality client portfolio built on long-term relationships.
To Be Successful, You Will Bring
- Proven experience delivering successful consultancy projects from concept through to completion.
- A strong understanding of UK dairy farming systems and current market trends.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to create and develop high-value consultancy and sales opportunities for Kite.
- A solid understanding of farm financial structures, including budgeting, accounts, and performance analysis.
- Extensive experience in dairy consultancy or a closely related field, ideally with experience operating at a senior or leadership level.
