The Role & Key Responsibilities
Role: Customer Support Co-Ordinator (Dairy Division)
Location: Cambridgeshire, UK (Hybrid)
Contract & Shift details: Permanent, Monday to Friday 08:30 β 17:00
Are you organised with effective administration and customer service skills? Can you build great relationships with internal departments, external customers, and hauliers? If the answer is YES to the above, we want to hear from you!
This is a fast-paced role, and no day will be the same. You will be coordinating our KW Animal Feed orders proactively and working closely with customer service sites, hauliers, and internal departments such as product specialists, sales, and trading.
Due to the nature of this business area and working with raw materials, you will need to be process-oriented with the ability to collaborate well with other teams and understand our pricing and contract agreements (full training provided).
What you will be doing:
- Providing customer service to customers within the feed ingredients business KW, Trident, and AMUR.
- Working closely as a customer service team to provide high-quality service to both external and internal customers.
- Supporting sales teams, product managers, and category managers with administrative requirements.
- Managing customer transactions from point of sale to delivery, ensuring expectations are met, lead-times are adhered to, and trading controls are followed.
What you will bring:
- The ability to build good rapport is essential.
- Practical customer service experience with a positive approach and the ability to empathise and understand customer needs.
- Good commercial awareness with great attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Computer literacy in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in logistics, animal feed, or agriculture is beneficial but not essential.
- A genuine desire to learn and a positive attitude.
Additional Information:
This is a hybrid role. After training, you will work from home four days a week and spend one day in the Peterborough office. Training lasts 2-3 weeks, during which you will need to be onsite in Peterborough five days a week.
