Trident MicroNutri are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our dynamic and ambitious team based in Toomebridge. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering market-leading customer service to our GB & Ireland customer base, working closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent, customer‑centric experience across all touchpoints.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Processing customer orders end-to-end, managing expectations around delivery lead times and availability
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across ERP systems and shared online folders
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including invoicing, updating price lists, and resolving customer queries
- Clearing down purchase orders and supporting monthly supplier payment processes
- Invoicing customers daily and processing credits in line with agreed finance procedures
- Supporting customs and supply chain activities, ensuring compliance with HMRC requirements and AB Agri’s AEO status (training provided)
- Providing flexible support to the wider GB & Ireland team, including audit preparation, ad hoc projects, and assisting the warehouse during peak periods when required
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing administrative role
- Experience managing a varied customer base and delivering a consistently high standard of service
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships
- A customer-driven, solution-focused mindset aligned to AB Agri values
- Experience using D365 or a similar ERP system
- Understanding of cross-border product movement (NI / ROI / GB) or customs processes (training provided)
- Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and ways of working
