Job Title: Head of Finance - Premier Nutrition

Location: Rugeley, UK (Hybrid 2-3 days on-site)

Contract and shift pattern: Permanent, Full Time

Package includes: Starting salary £75,000 per annum plus car allowance and a great range of benefits and development opportunities as part of the AB Agri team.

Due to an exciting internal promotion we are recruiting a Head of Finance to join our Premier Nutrition buisness.This is an exceptional opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Premier Nutrition. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you'll work at the heart of the business, partnering with senior leaders across commercial, operations and supply chain to drive growth, profitability and strategic decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to influence major investment decisions, lead a high-performing finance team and make a tangible impact on business performance, while building your profile across the broader group.

What you'll be doing

• Shape the strategy and performance of a market-leading nutrition business.
• Partner with senior commercial and operational leaders to drive growth and profitability.
• Lead pricing, margin and customer profitability initiatives.
• Influence major investment, transformation and business improvement projects.
• Deliver insight and challenge that drives better business decisions.
• Own forecasting, budgeting and performance reporting across the business.
• Support key customer negotiations and commercial decision-making.
• Champion operational efficiency and return on investment.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
• Play a visible leadership role within Premier Nutrition and the wider AB Agri finance community.
• Build your profile through regular exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making.
• Help shape the future direction of a growing and ambitious business.
