Do you thrive on building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, shaping technology demand, and driving meaningful change across complex organisations?

Our team is looking for a talented Technology Business Partner to join a growing and evolving function. In this role, you will work closely with Business Unit CIOs, technology leaders, and senior stakeholders to align business priorities with technology capabilities, ensuring investment, change initiatives, and service strategies deliver measurable value. You'll act as a trusted advisor, influencing decision-making, shaping future roadmaps, and helping deliver technology-enabled transformation across the organisation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, priorities, risks, investment plans, and transformation objectives to ensure technology initiatives support organisational goals.
  • Shape, qualify, and prioritise technology demand, ensuring initiatives are aligned to clear business outcomes, value drivers, and strategic objectives.
  • Maintain visibility of business technology roadmaps and work with Product Managers to align future technology capabilities and service offerings to business needs.
  • Facilitate prioritisation and trade-off discussions where competing demands, funding constraints, or resource limitations exist.
  • Provide commercial insight and guidance on technology investment decisions, helping stakeholders understand costs, value, service consumption, and return on investment.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and provide strategic governance across key initiatives, ensuring programmes remain aligned to agreed business outcomes.
  • Support the successful adoption of technology and transformation initiatives by identifying risks, dependencies, stakeholder impacts, and change readiness requirements.

What you'll bring:

  • Significant experience in a Technology Business Partner, Business Relationship Manager, IT Business Partner, Technology Leadership, or similar strategic stakeholder-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders, including CIOs, technology leaders, and business executives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and how technology can be leveraged to drive operational and commercial outcomes.
  • Experience shaping technology demand, investment decisions, portfolios, roadmaps, and technology-enabled transformation programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to articulate value, costs, risks, and investment trade-offs.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Experience operating within complex, multi-stakeholder environments and managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge constructively, influence decision-making, and drive alignment across teams.
  • A collaborative, resilient, and forward-thinking approach, with a passion for delivering business value through technology.
