We’re looking for dedicated, self‑employed Milk Recorders. This role offers the freedom to work across the beautiful countryside, visiting dairy farms and collecting individual cow milk samples and updating computerised records throughout the year. NMR (National Milk Records) supports the UK dairy industry by providing essential services such as milk testing, recording and data insights. Our work helps farmers monitor herd health, improve milk quality and boost productivity, offering valuable information on breeding, nutrition and disease management.
As a Self‑Employed Milk Recorder, you’ll visit dairy farms to collect milk samples and record events for individual cows. The samples and data you collect are crucial for NMR to deliver detailed reports, empowering farmers to make informed decisions that keep their herds healthy and their businesses thriving.
