Scope is seeking an experienced and commercially minded New Business Lead to drive the growth of transformational corporate partnerships that will help create an equal future with disabled people. Corporate partnerships play a vital role in helping Scope deliver this mission, generating sustainable income while building meaningful collaborations with organisations that share its values and ambitions. Leading the new business function within the Partnerships and Philanthropy team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering Scope’s corporate partnerships new business strategy, identifying and securing high-value partnerships that drive long-term impact and income growth.
Working closely with the Head of Partnership and Philanthropy, you will help shape a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities aligned with Scope’s wider organisational goals. This role will lead the development of compelling partnership proposals and pitches, building influential relationships with senior stakeholders across the corporate sector and ensuring new opportunities are progressed from prospecting through to successful handover.
You will also play a key role in identifying innovative partnership opportunities, building a pipeline, analysing market trends and ensuring all partnerships align with Scope’s values and strategic priorities. The successful candidate will have significant experience in corporate, with a proven track record of securing corporate partnerships and leading successful income generation strategies. They will bring strong leadership capability, commercial awareness and relationship-building skills, alongside experience managing budgets, performance reporting and complex stakeholder engagement.
