Last year they treated over 103,000 animals, trained over 2,800 vets and vaccinated over 1.2 million dogs against rabies.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, this role offers an exciting and unique opportunity to shape a vital income stream from the ground up: identifying, cultivating, and stewarding highânetâworth individuals (HNWIs) motivated by global animal welfare. You will develop and deliver a major donor strategy to grow the pipeline of prospective HNWIs, build compelling cultivation and stewardship journeysâincluding bespoke proposals, events and communicationsâand manage a portfolio of warm and cold prospects to generate fiveâ and sixâfigure gifts over time.
Responsibilities
- Develop a major donor strategy and pipeline.

- Build and maintain relationships through bespoke proposals, events and communications.
- Manage a portfolio of warm and cold prospects, aiming for fiveâ and sixâfigure gifts.
- Support other philanthropic income streamsâparticularly corporate partnerships, trusts and foundationsâto reach fundraising goals.
