Compassion in World Farming International is seeking an accomplished Global Senior Mid-Level Giving Manager to lead the next chapter of its Circle of Compassion programme. This is an opportunity to help grow one of the organisation's most important supporter communities, generating the income that enables Compassion to campaign for a world where farm animals are treated with compassion and respect.
Founded in 1967 by British dairy farmer Peter Roberts, Compassion in World Farming has spent almost six decades driving change for farm animals. The organisation has helped secure landmark improvements in animal welfare, influenced governments and food businesses around the world and continues to challenge the systems behind factory farming through evidence, advocacy and collaboration.
Reporting to the Global Head of Major Donors, you will lead the development of the Circle of Compassion programme across the UK, US and priority European markets. Combining strategic oversight with hands‑on donor stewardship, you will shape supporter journeys, develop compelling campaigns and identify opportunities to deepen relationships, grow giving and build a strong pipeline for major gifts.
Working closely with colleagues across philanthropy, individual giving, digital, CRM and brand, you will use insight to inform decisions, develop innovative approaches to donor engagement and help create a programme that can continue to grow internationally while remaining personal and supporter‑focused.
The successful candidate will bring experience in mid‑level, major donor or high‑value fundraising, alongside a track record of growing fundraising programmes and building lasting donor relationships. You will be an excellent communicator, comfortable working across international teams and motivated by the opportunity to help deliver lasting change for animals, people and the planet.
For someone looking to shape an established programme with genuine international reach, this is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to one of the world's leading farm animal welfare organisations.
