Aatom Recruitment, on behalf of a Local Authority, is seeking an HR Business Partner for a 4-month contract.
The role is 37 hours per week with a hybrid pattern—twice a week in the office.
You will provide HRBP advice, support workforce design and change activities, and interpret employment legislation to mitigate risk. A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience in the public sector and MCIPD (or working towards) is expected.
