Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Senior ASB Officer on a 3 months contract with a possibility of further extension. 1. Operational Oversight: Manage and coordinate the CCTV team, addressing staffing gaps and operational challenges. o Ensure the effective delivery of ASB and Noise & Nuisance services during this interim period. 2. Service Continuity: Provide strategic and operational support to the Head of Service. Act as the point of escalation for complex cases in ASB and Noise & Nuisance. 3. Resource Management: Address capacity issues within the CCTV team and develop contingency plans to maintain service delivery. Ensure that all available resources are optimally utilised to manage current and anticipated pressures. 4. Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure a co-ordinated response to ASB, Noise & Nuisance. Support resident engagement and uphold community safety priorities. Support HOS with managing SLA demands and ensure service alignment. 5. Policy Implementation Support: Oversee the operational aspects of implementing the Borough-wide PSPO.
