Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Project Manager – e-procurement on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension. We are looking for someone who has led eProcurement (sourcing, contract management, P2P) systems through scoping and needs identification to implementation.
Specifically, you will:
- Be accountable for the roll out of the new eContract Management system to circa 300 Contract Managers in devolved departments across, supported by the Commercial Manager – SRM & Innovation to whom this role reports into.
- Help guide and shape key performance indicators that can be loaded into the new system, to report on electronically.
- Represent the Procurement & Commercial Service in collaborative discussions or forums relating to the development of the eContract Management system and feed back lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Provide users with effective and easy to use processes for contract management using the client’s Contract Management Framework.
- Ensure that user experience is a key consideration in all aspects of process development and use and seek to improve this experience.
