Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Building Control enforcement function in line with the Building Safety Act 2022 and related legislation.
- Take responsibility for compliance with:
- Building Act 1984
- Building Regulations 2010
- London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939
- Maintain accurate records and reporting to the Building Safety Regulator.
