Aatom Recruitment is looking for an Assistant Head of Building Control & Enforcement Manager to support strategic objectives in relation to building safety and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Building Control enforcement function in line with the Building Safety Act 2022 and related legislation.
  • Take responsibility for compliance with:
    • Building Act 1984
    • Building Regulations 2010
    • London Building Acts (Amendment) Act 1939
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting to the Building Safety Regulator.
  • Provide technical leadership across:
    • Plans assessment
    • Inspections
    • Enforcement
