Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer (Interims) on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.
Role: BMS Mechanical / Electrical Engineer (Building Management Systems)
- Possess excellent technical knowledge of BMS systems for commercial / communal heating systems.
- Ability to design and implement BMS strategies.
- Ideally possess a formal qualification in BMS, Engineering Control Systems.
- Possess an ability to manage existing BMS platform and generate daily BMS management reports.
- Ability to manage projects relating to communal heating, low carbon mechanical installations.
- Understanding of heat networks and manage works of this nature.
- Ability to write technical reports relevant to the role.
- Ability to creatively solve engineering design and maintenance related problems.
- Possess excellent project management / contract administration skills in order to plan, programme and deliver projects on time and agreed budgets.
