Contract: 6 weeks (potential extension)

Role Overview

You will take full ownership of void properties, ensuring works are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the required quality and cost standards. The role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end delivery process, ensuring properties meet lettable standards and are ready for occupation within target timeframes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the instruction and mobilisation of works based on technical specifications
  • Manage contractors to ensure delivery is on programme and meets agreed standards
  • Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation and CDM regulations
  • Carry out inspections to maintain quality and void standard compliance
  • Drive performance against void turnaround targets (28 days for minor, 100 days for major voids)
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Update systems and trackers with accurate, real‑time information
  • Monitor costs, challenge variations, and ensure value for money
  • Ensure all certification, compliance documentation, and handover requirements are complete
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement through feedback and performance insights

  • Strong understanding of social housing voids and repairs delivery
  • Knowledge of NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Experience managing contractors and overseeing service delivery
  • Good understanding of health & safety compliance
