Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Senior Application Analyst on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.
Main purpose of the role
The role of the Senior Applications Analyst will be to support and assist in the provision of technical support and documentation for Service Charges & Major works to include billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing.
Requirements
- Experience of Service Charges billing and reconciliation within NEC Housing – Essential
- Experience of writing SQL for Oracle database scripting – Essential
- Experience of formulas in Excel spreadsheets – Essential
- Experience of investigating, troubleshooting, resolving day to day help desk calls pertaining to NEC – Essential
- Understanding and knowledge of data tables and reporting tool used with NEC – Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of creating and troubleshooting DTI’s – Desirable
- Knowledge and experience of NEC modules (Estates- Rents) – Desirable
- Experience of Northgate data loaders and batch processes – Desirable
