Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a SEND Tribunal Officer on a 2 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.
Main responsibilities:
- Managing all new appeals, from start to finish – Including all key deadlines and representing the LA in hearing.
- Giving detailed analysis and rationales to inform decision making processes.
- Working with Assistant TO to review existing appeals, narrowing issues and resolving at earliest opportunity.
