Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment is seeking to appoint an Internal Communications Officer on a full-time basis (for four to six months) to join the Internal Communications Team. We are looking for a first-class communicator to ensure our 10,000 staff members are informed and involved to help shape the future of our service. The Internal Communications Officer role is instrumental in keeping staff engaged and aware of campaigns and initiatives across the Council.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of delivering internal communications for an organisation
- Excellent written communication and copy writing skills
- Experience in working with staff and senior management
- Strong partnership working skills and the ability to assess complex issues
This role will be hybrid, with 2 to 3 days in the office and also required to be in the office as needed to support events and campaigns.
