Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Job Evaluation Analyst on an initial 3-month contract via Aatom Recruitment in Nottinghamshire. You will undertake and deliver job evaluation activities, ensuring roles are assessed accurately and in line with NJC/NJE and Hay schemes.
You will work with managers, HR colleagues and trade unions, provide expert advice on evaluations, support appeals, and contribute to pay and reward initiatives across the Council.
