Aatom Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Hub Manager to work on behalf of a local authority, leading the day-to-day operations of a busy and vibrant community hub in Westminster.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, on-site leadership role at the heart of a thriving community space. You will play a key role in supporting residents, partners, and frontline services while ensuring the hub operates safely, effectively, and inclusively. As the senior on-site manager, you will take full responsibility for the overall running of the hub, leading staff and volunteers, delivering a dynamic programme of activities, and building strong partnerships that reflect local needs and priorities.

Working Pattern

  • 4 days per week (primarily on-site)
  • Includes two weekday evenings and Saturdays
