Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Family Group Conference Coordinator on a 5 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.

Main purpose of the role:

  • To conduct Family Group Conferences and reviews within the service.
  • To work with the Team on the development and implementation of client’s Family Group Conferencing Service.

Working conditions/circumstances

* Work flexibly with families to hold Family Group Conferences. These meetings may
be held outside of usual working hours
* Work flexibly from a variety of locations across the borough
* Attend regular team meetings, contribute to the development of the service and the
use of data to improve outcomes for children

Experience

3 years experience of working with children and families in a health/education or social care
setting, or other relevant field.
