Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for an Employee Experience Project Manager on a 6-12 months contract with a possibility of further extension.
Main purpose of the role:
To support the Workplace Lead on employee experience projects that are focused on creating inclusive, sustainable, and accessible workspaces for all employees, including neurodivergent colleagues. The successful candidate will engage and consult with stakeholders, including staff, teams, departments and senior leaders, collect and analyse feedback, present innovative ideas, and manage procurement of new and existing furniture. The role is expected to develop, implement and deliver the outcomes over a period of time and the candidate will move from support to project lead as it progresses.
Additionally, the role involves conducting audits of lockers, cabinets and other storage areas and managing decluttering and clearance of the workplace to optimise the use of space and support the improvement projects. The role may extend to support of further project work within the Workplace department such as replacement of the access card system, and small capital works connected to accessibility improvements and more.
