Location: Hybrid working, with 1-2 days per week in our Canary Wharf office.

We are recruiting for two roles to join the Customer and Account Management service: Customer Support Advisor and Partner Support Advisor/Apprentice.

As a Customer Support Advisor, you will provide timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers across multiple channels, resolving their enquiries in line with AAT policies and procedures. You will guide customers on our qualifications, products, and services, supporting them in making informed decisions. Your role includes maximizing lead conversions, meeting organizational targets, and enhancing the customer experience to foster long-term relationships and business growth.

As a Partner Support Advisor/Apprentice, you will be the primary contact for partners, offering support, guidance, and assistance to ensure successful collaboration. This role involves responding to enquiries, resolving issues via multiple channels, and promoting AAT products and services. You will undertake a qualification as part of this apprenticeship.

Major Objectives

  • Respond professionally and courteously to all enquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Understand customer and partner needs, support outbound calls, and build positive, long-term relationships.
  • Listen empathetically, explain policies clearly, and adapt communication styles accordingly.
  • Interact across various channels, including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Handle interactions with respect, including vulnerable individuals, and escalate safeguarding concerns when necessary.
  • Gather feedback, stay updated on products/services, and collaborate to improve processes.
  • Promote diversity and cultural awareness in handling enquiries.
