We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful and fast-growing property investment business based in West Yorkshire, working with high-net-worth investors across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, consultative sales professional who enjoys building relationships and closing high-value deals.
You will be joining an established, energetic sales team in modern offices, working with warm inbound enquiries from qualified investors looking to place £100k+ into UK property opportunities.
The Role
- Manage inbound investor enquiries (no cold calling)
- Carry out detailed needs analysis to understand investment goals
- Qualify new investors and onboard them as active clients
- Present suitable investment opportunities via phone, email and proposals
- Conduct face-to-face meetings across the UK where required
- Build long-term relationships to maximise repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with management to progress hot and warm leads
- Close deals with sophisticated private investors
Typical clients include medical professionals, bankers, entrepreneurs and other high-net-worth individuals.
