A fast-growing B2B SaaS business with strong demand, inbound-only sales, and increasing growth is hiring their first senior sales operator to take full ownership of inbound sales and rebuild their sales engine from the ground up. This role is not a pure Sales Director position yet; it is for someone who loves being hands-on, fixing messy systems, and building something scalable, with a clear path into leadership.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning inbound sales end-to-end: demos, follow-up, closing
- Turning HubSpot into a clean, disciplined sales operating system
