Lead, Coach, and Achieve as a Regional Sales Manager
In this pivotal role, you will take the helm of a talented team of 8 Sales Account Managers, guiding them to new heights through comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and dedicated mentorship. You will lead by example, actively engaging in the sales process, and consistently exceeding your personal sales targets.
You will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring your region consistently surpasses all performance objectives.
To succeed as a Regional Sales Manager, you will need:
- A proven track record of sales success, ideally in field sales, door-to-door sales, or face-to-face sales, with a minimum of 3 years of sales management experience.
- Exceptional coaching and leadership skills, with a natural ability to inspire and motivate your team.
- A strong work ethic and a relentless drive to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience in a formal sales process and a proven ability to manage teams effectively using KPIs and data-driven insights.
