£30,000 Basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits Hybrid Working (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home) | Wetherby

No cold calling. No business development. No chasing prospects. If you’re looking for a customer-focused sales role where every enquiry comes to you, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. This is one of those companies people rarely leave. Why? Because they genuinely invest in their people.

You’ll join a friendly, supportive team where collaboration comes before competition, training is first-class, and career progression is actively encouraged. It’s a business that promotes from within and gives people the tools, coaching and opportunities to build long-term careers.

Whether you’re currently working in customer service, retail, sales support or account management, if you enjoy helping customers, building relationships and identifying the right solutions, you’ll fit right in.

Why you’ll love working here:
  • Inbound enquiries only - no cold calling or prospecting
  • Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)
  • Outstanding training and ongoing development
  • Genuine opportunities to progress your career
  • A positive, supportive culture where people enjoy coming to work
  • Excellent salary, bonus and benefits package
The role:

You’ll become the trusted first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right products and solutions for their needs. Every day you’ll be speaking with customers who have already made contact, preparing quotations, managing enquiries through to completion and building long-term relationships. You’ll also spot opportunities to recommend additional products where appropriate, manage your own sales pipeline, and work closely with colleagues across purchasing, operations and accounts to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About you:

We’re far more interested in attitude than industry experience. You’ll be naturally positive, confident without arrogance, curious, personable and someone who enjoys helping people. You take pride in delivering excellent service, communicate well with customers and colleagues alike, and are motivated by learning, improving and progressing your career. Previous experience within customer service, sales, retail, account management or another customer-facing role would be advantageous, but personality and potential are what matter most.

If you’re looking for a company that genuinely values its people and offers a long-term career rather than just another job, we’d love to hear from you.
