The ability to be a strategic sales leader who drives sales and improves systems and processes to maximise efficiency and sales impact. A proven ability to scale a technology business, evidenced by your CV showcasing significant growth in a SaaS business. Excellence in coaching, developing, and motivating teams, with the empathy and strength to guide people through organisational change, especially within an established and long-serving team.
