What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Sales Executive:

  • Making proactive calls to prospective and existing SME customers, presenting tailored solutions.
  • Managing a combination of high-volume Account Management and New Business sales calls.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships with a consultative and value-driven approach.
  • Managing customer accounts, handling renewals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

We’re looking for potential sales superstars with:

  • Some experience in sales, ideally from proactive retail environments such as phone shops, furniture retailers, kitchen designers, estate agency, recruitment consultancies, or home improvements (or similar).
  • A proactive sales attitude, having made telesales calls or been in an environment where you walk up to customers to introduce yourself and understand their needs.
  • Brilliant verbal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and be mentored.
  • The ability to work hard and consistently meet targets.
  • Good general IT skills and be a self-motivated, proactive, and resilient professional with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
