We're searching for ambitious and motivated individuals with some sales experience to join our client's team in Northampton as a Trainee Sales Executive. What you'll be doing as a Trainee Sales Executive:
- Making proactive calls to prospective and existing SME customers, presenting tailored solutions.
- Managing a combination of high-volume Account Management and New Business sales calls.
- Building and nurturing strong customer relationships with a consultative and value-driven approach.
- Managing customer accounts, handling renewals, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
We're looking for potential sales superstars with:
- Some experience in sales, ideally from proactive retail environments such as phone shops, furniture retailers, kitchen designers, estate agency, recruitment consultancies, or home improvements (or similar).
- A proactive sales attitude, having made telesales calls or been in an environment where you walk up to customers to introduce yourself and understand their needs.
- Brilliant verbal communication skills and a strong desire to learn and be mentored.
- The ability to work hard and consistently meet targets.
- Good general IT skills and be a self-motivated, proactive, and resilient professional with a can-do attitude.
