Our client provides professional services in Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions to organisations worldwide. The role requires 2-4 years of business development experience within the technology consulting sector. You will work closely with partners and vendors and be supported by a dedicated SDR. We are looking for someone dynamic and keen to operate in a client-facing role.
About the Role- Develop ongoing relationships with both partners and vendors.
- Work closely with the SDR team to secure new business wins (end-user clients).
- Follow up on qualified leads and attend face-to-face new client meetings.
- Conduct research to identify high-potential opportunities.
- Leverage existing industry contacts to accelerate business development and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our internal delivery teams to ensure solutions consistently meet client requirements and expectations.
- Develop tailored account strategies and growth plans.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our value proposition remains compelling.
- Exceed individual sales targets.
- Lead contract negotiations.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline reports, and account development plans.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly with key accounts or large enterprises in the IAM, cybersecurity, or technology consulting sectors.
- Proven success in lead qualification, identifying high-potential opportunities, and driving business growth.
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage and track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Highly motivated, commercially focused, and proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Credible and confident when engaging with senior stakeholders and C-suite leaders.
- A strong relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Professional, persuasive, and influential at all levels.
