The Details

  • Salary: £28,000
  • Location: Leeds City Centre
  • Hours: Monday to Friday – either 8:00am–4:00pm or 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Working pattern: Office-based for your first three months (probation), then hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 from home

My client is a well-established, fast-paced business in the heart of Leeds, and their Sales Operations team is the engine room that keeps everything moving. I'm on the hunt for a Sales Operations Coordinator and become the person the sales team can't imagine working without. This is NOT a sales role, there are no targets, no cold calls and no business development. Instead, it's all about coordination, accuracy and keeping the wheels turning smoothly. If you take genuine satisfaction from a tidy CRM, a flawless quotation and a process that just works, you're going to feel right at home.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Preparing quotations and getting them out the door quickly and accurately
  • Full training will be provided
  • Processing orders and managing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process
  • Keeping the CRM clean, current and reliable
  • Liaising with suppliers to keep everything on track
  • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Finance and Operations to keep things joined up
