Demand is strong, inbound-only, and increasing β but sales execution is now the constraint.
We\βre hiring their
first senior sales operator
to take full ownership of inbound sales and rebuild their sales engine from the ground up.
This is
not
a pure Sales Director role (yet).
It\βs for someone who loves being hands-on, fixing messy systems, and building something scalable β with a clear path into leadership.
What you\βll be doing
Owning inbound sales end-to-end: demos, follow-up, closing
Turning HubSpot into a clean, disciplined sales operating system
Stopping leads from going stale and improving conversion
Building reporting, cadence, and predictable forecasting
Creating a playbook so future sales hires can hit the ground running
This role is perfect for you if:
You\βve personally owned and rebuilt HubSpot before
You\βre happy being the only salesperson initially
You care deeply about follow-up, process, and visibility
You enjoy rolling up your sleeves in a growing SaaS business
You want to grow into a sales leadership role, not jump straight into one
You\βll need:
B2B SaaS sales experience (subscription models ideal)
Strong HubSpot experience (setup, workflows, reporting)
Comfort handling admin, renewals, and support early on
The ability to work autonomously and own outcomes

Remote initially, hybrid later (Chelmsford area planned)
Β£60,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE Β£90k+)
