Internal Sales Account Manager. £This is a superb internal technical sales role working for a local market leader with a reputation for staff development, training and career opportunities.

The role is selling industrial products to manufacturing, agricultural, and general industries.

It is predominantly office-based, with occasional field visits.

Based from their HQ in Bury St Edmunds, this is a sales and account development role which requires an individual who is confident in delivering new business, highly sales-oriented, self-motivated but not aggressive. however, the role requires a proven B2B sales professional and a natural networker.

This opportunity will suit the type of individual excited at the prospect of a new challenge, and the ideal candidate will have sold something technical to manufacturers and industrial clients.

As a sales professional, you will work in a structured, methodical, planned, new business-oriented way, perhaps having received formal sales training.

For example, researching 100 target clients, identifying needs and decision-makers and then systematically breaking into the accounts utilising a myriad of techniques.

This is, therefore, an interesting and sometimes quite sophisticated sale that requires research to create and manage a large pipeline to ensure that sales targets are met.

It is not a 'numbers game' sales role but does require smart ways of new business development such as 'social selling' and networking through existing contacts.

You will be given the support, training and leadership to ensure great success and job satisfaction.
