Having recently undergone an MBO from the founders, the company has aggressive growth plans to double sales income in the next decade. You will enjoy a people-first culture, a bespoke career development plan, and a seat at the leadership team table.
About Your Background and Experience β The Five Things That are Needed to Apply for the Role:
- A background in technical sales (construction, engineering, industrial type sales) is essential for understanding the technical sales cycle.
- A background in SME rather than large corporate businesses β the kind of person who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment with masses of change for positive reasons.
- You will have strong CRM skills (ideally in HubSpot or Salesforce) and bring ideas to make sales ops more efficient.
- A proven track record as a people manager.
In Return, You Will Receive:
- Salary: Up to Β£55,000 + 20% Bonus.
- 28 days holiday, rising to a staggering 41 days with service (plus holiday purchase scheme).
- 10% matched pension contribution.
- Private medical, vehicle salary sacrifice, and enhanced maternity/paternity leave.
- Hybrid model (3 days per week in-office).
This is a relatively autonomous role reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. You will manage a small team of internal sales executives and sales operations support staff in the UK and Europe, coaching and mentoring your team to hit aggressive growth targets, and working with the Marketing Manager on lead generation, socials, and website strategy.
