My client is a leading software company experiencing rapid, continuous growth. As part of their expansion, they’ve created a new Renewals Team, and are now looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee its success. The Role:
As a Renewals Team Leader, you will manage and support a team of Renewals Account Managers, ensuring they meet targets, deliver exceptional client service, and drive customer retention. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll also manage your own pipeline of high-value renewal clients, helping to set the standard for performance and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
