Officially 65 hours per month, the role could suit someone working 3 days per week, five half days, or even two full-on weeks each month. You’ll take the lead on revenue generation, corporate partnerships, media sales, and marketing campaigns, making a visible difference in a varied and rewarding position.

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong track record in B2B marketing, sales, account management, or fundraising, with a sharp commercial focus and a passion for driving revenue.
  • Experience gained within professional services, membership organisations, charities, or media/advertising sales would be especially valuable.
  • If your background is more marketing-led, you’ll also be confident picking up the phone and following up warm interest with prospective partners.
  • Excellent organisation and admin skills, with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines and keep momentum across varied activity.
  • A solid grasp of digital marketing channels, including email marketing and social platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to represent the organisation at key national industry exhibitions and events.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the commercial performance of the organisation’s industry journal, ensuring advertising revenue targets are achieved.
  • Generate income by selling monthly e-shot opportunities to corporate partners.
  • Manage and sell sponsored social media activity, creating a well-balanced and engaging campaign schedule.
  • Secure sponsorship for educational webinars and podcast content.
  • Develop and deliver tailored marketing and promotional campaigns for established corporate partners.
  • Represent the organisation at major national trade shows, while also managing enquiries, renewals, and administration for the course accreditation scheme.
