Renewals Team Leader Hybrid – Bath £My client is a leading software company experiencing rapid, continuous growth. As part of their expansion, they’ve created a new Renewals Team , and are now looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to oversee its success. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role within a dynamic, supportive company known for its strong culture, clear progression routes, and regular company events. As a Renewals Team Leader , you will manage and support a team of Renewals Account Managers, ensuring they meet targets, deliver exceptional client service, and drive customer retention. Alongside your leadership duties, you’ll also manage your own pipeline of high-value renewal clients, helping to set the standard for performance and client engagement. Hybrid working with a Bath-based office Excellent company culture with regular events and socials Previous experience in a renewals or account management role Proven ability to manage a high volume of client accounts Motivational, supportive, and organised leader Lead and support a team of Renewals Account Managers Manage a personal pipeline of clients nearing contract renewal Coach and develop team members to improve performance Oversee accurate CRM updates and renewal documentation
