The business has built an outstanding technical reputation over many years and is now looking for someone who can bring greater structure, ownership, commercial momentum, and customer focus to the CNC division.

You'll lead from the front - developing customers, supporting the team, managing key relationships, improving processes, and helping drive sales growth across both existing and new markets. This role would suit someone who enjoys the challenge of building, improving, and leading, not just maintaining.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing and developing key customer relationships across UK manufacturing sectors
  • Driving new business activity and identifying growth opportunities
  • Leading the sales process from enquiry through to quotation, demonstration, negotiation, and close
  • Supporting customer demonstrations at the Milton Keynes showroom
  • Working closely with applications and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience

  • Bringing greater structure, accountability, and momentum to the CNC division

Most importantly, you'll understand how to:

  • manage customers confidently
  • lead conversations commercially
  • motivate and coordinate people
  • take ownership and create momentum within a technical environment

Experience within CNC, manufacturing technology, capital equipment, precision engineering, automation, or technical industrial products would all be highly relevant. You do not need to know every technical detail on day one - but you must be technically credible, commercially strong, and comfortable operating within an engineering-led business.

What's In It For You?
  • £60K-£70K basic salary DOE
  • Uncapped bonus structure
  • High-value, consultative sales environment
  • Modern customer showroom and technical facilities
  • Long-term progression opportunity
