A dynamic and rapidly expanding £400M+ business services group seeks a strategic and hands-on Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to drive growth across its diverse portfolio of 18 companies, spanning Care, IT, Office, and Industrial sectors.
Your Role as Chief Marketing Officer:
- Lead and inspire a talented team covering design, content marketing, campaign planning, product marketing, analytics, and performance.
- Efficiently allocate marketing spend and prove ROI, collaborating closely with sales to achieve shared business objectives.
In Return, as the Chief Marketing Officer You Will Receive:
- ~£100,000 with bonuses (uncapped potential).
- ~Hybrid working flexibility (3 days per week in Manchester HQ).
What is Required to Apply for the Role of Chief Marketing Officer?
- A degree in Marketing, English, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including a proven track record in senior leadership roles, i.e. Senior Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, Head of Marketing or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
