We are looking for a commercially sharp sales leader with a background in Construction who is high-energy and seeking a career role with a personalised career plan as part of the package. Having recently undergone an MBO from the founders, the company has aggressive growth plans to double sales income in the next decade. In Return, as the Sales Manager, You Will Receive:

  • Salary: Up to £55,000 + 20% Bonus.
  • 28 days holiday, rising to a staggering 41 days with service (plus holiday purchase scheme).

The Role of Head of Sales, Construction:

This is a relatively autonomous role reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director. You will manage a small team of internal sales executives and sales operations support staff in the UK and Europe. Coaching and mentoring your team to hit aggressive growth targets. Working with the Marketing Manager on lead generation, socials, and website strategy.
